Choose from over 20 types of sushi and sashimi, with a focus on pure fish quality. The fish fillets are freshly sliced by our sushi masters only after your order is placed. The fillets come from whole fish sourced from the Hamburg fish market. Fish such as tuna or hamachi, which are not available at the market or require higher quality, are delivered fresh by air. To fully appreciate this quality, enjoy raw fish as recommended by Japanese tradition.
